QUESTION: DO I STILL NEED TO TAKE HRT IF I AM DOING THE MENOREVIVE PROGRAMME?
Answer: The decision to take HRT is a personal one and beyond my remit as a nutritional therapist to discuss. It is a question for your GP/medical doctor. It is however important to recognise that HRT is not suitable for every female and not every female will choose to take it. MenoRevive is however suitable for everyone and can be completed along side HRT should you choose this option.
Answer: Nutrition plays a crucial role in managing menopause symptoms and weight gain. Consuming a well-balanced diet can provide the necessary nutrients support overall health and hormone balance during perimanopause. Particular foods contain specific compounds, vitamins and minerals that can alleviate symptoms.
QUESTION: CAN I JUST TAKE SUPPLEMENTATION?
Answer: I offer a naturopathic plan which prioritises nutrition first with any supplementation to complement the plan after a full dietary analysis has taken place.
Answer: Following registration, you will spend approximately 1 hour logging on to the MENOREVIVE programme, completing registration forms and downloading the app. We will enjoy an initial consultation of 60 mins followed by an implementation call and follow ups taking 30-45minutes ( every 4 weeks). The remainder of programme content can be accessed when you wish as it is self paced. Each week will have 1 module including education and tasks. You can move on to the following module when you have completed the one prior. Each module requires 15 minutes time investment approximately. Ultimately you will see the results of the time you give this programme in your own health!

Answer: I offer a naturopathic plan which prioritises nutrition first with any supplementation to complement the plan after a full dietary analysis has taken place.
Answer: Following registration, you will spend approximately 1 hour logging on to the MENOREVIVE programme, completing registration forms and downloading the app. Our initial consultation willl take 1 hour with implementation and follow ups taking 30-45minutes ( every 4 weeks). The remainder of programme content can be accessed when you wish as it is self paced. Each week will have 1 module including information and tasks. You can move on to the following module when you have completed the one prior. Each module requires 15 minutes approximately.
Answer: You require a desire to make necessary changes and a commitment to your self to invest in yourself with this programme. You require online access to engage in the consultations and programme.
