Your job will be to implement the plan and I will hold you accountable to this with weekly check ins. A diet is often a short term fix which restults in a rebound of additional weight gain once finished. MENOREVIVE is a lifestyle approach which is intended to help you develop long term habits that will support you for the rest of your life to feel full of energy & vitality at a weight that you enjoy.

QUESTION: SHOULD I TRY MENOREVIVE EVEN IF I AM ON HRT?

Answer: Absolutely! MENOREVIVE is designed to be implemented either on its own or to complement HRT. Menopause care isn't simply one fix but rather a tool kit which you can fill with accessible tools including nutrition, sleep, hydration, exercise & supplementation.

QUESTION: DO I STILL NEED TO TAKE HRT IF I AM DOING THE MENOREVIVE PROGRAMME?

Answer: The decision to take HRT is a personal one and beyond my remit as a nutritional therapist to discuss. It is a question for your GP/medical doctor. It is however important to recognise that HRT is not suitable for every female and not every female will choose to take it. MenoRevive is however suitable for everyone and can be completed along side HRT should you choose this option.

Answer: Nutrition plays a crucial role in managing menopause symptoms and weight gain. Consuming a well-balanced diet can provide the necessary nutrients support overall health and hormone balance during perimanopause. Answer: I offer a naturopathic plan which prioritises nutrition first with any supplementation to complement the plan after a full dietary analysis has taken place.

Answer: Following registration, you will spend approximately 1 hour logging on to the MENOREVIVE programme, completing registration forms and downloading the app. We will enjoy an initial consultation of 60 mins followed by an implementation call and follow ups taking 30-45minutes ( every 4 weeks). The remainder of programme content can be accessed when you wish as it is self paced. Each week will have 1 module including education and tasks. You can move on to the following module when you have completed the one prior. Each module requires 15 minutes time investment approximately. Ultimately you will see the results of the time you give this programme in your own health!
